About Thamarai Trust: Empowering Agriculture & Rural Livelihood

Thamarai Agriculture Welfare Trust (TAW Trust) is a prominent non-profit NGO based in Thorapadi, Tiruvannamalai. Built with a solid vision to foster sustainable agriculture and counter environmental degradation.

We work in close cooperation with marginalized farmers to support eco-friendly cultivation practices. Guided by the slogan "Together for Green and Pollution Free Environment", we conduct large-scale tree planting and community welfare programs.

To cultivate an environmentally responsible society that operates hand-in-hand with nature, fostering rich, organic, self-sufficient agricultural practices that secure future food and air resources.

Grassroots Restoration

To rehabilitate degraded ecosystems through local tree planting campaigns, implement sustainable water management systems, empower smallholders with agricultural technical education, and assist rural under-privileged classes.
